How It Works
1) Browse through the featured products on our online store
2) Add the products you'd like to order to your shopping bag by clicking "Buy Now" or "Add to Bag"
3) Click checkout once you've finished shopping
4) A total amount will be displayed
5) Enter your e-mail address and click "Checkout"
6) The next step requires you to select how you would like to receive your order.
You may choose from one of our four delivery options. Firstly, if you live in Pietermaritzburg we charge a delivery fee of R50-00. Secondly, if you live in Ashburton we charge a delivery fee of R60. Thirdly, if you live in Hilton or Howick we charge a delivery fee of R70. Lastly, if you live anywhere else outside of Pietermaritzburg we have a South African delivery service at a flat rate of R100-00.
7) Once you've selected your shipping method you will then be required to choose a way to pay for your order.
You can choose one of four methods of payment. Firstly, you can pay by card or instant EFT using the PayFast secure payment gateway on our website. Secondly you can pay by EFT and then e-mail us proof of payment. Thirdly you can pay by eWallet or lastly you can pay using Zapper.
8) Once you've completed your Billing Details you can then click "Place order" or "Go to Payment"
9) You will receive correspondence via e-mail once you've completed these steps informing you of the status of your order
